The hotel is located in a calm neighborhood close to Krakow, offering very clean and comfy rooms with reliable furniture for small children. The service was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, including assistance with arranging tours. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of dishes available. The spa and sauna area added to the overall relaxation. The price was reasonable for the value provided.
